How it works:
- Bring agreed-upon terms: Discuss and agree on key aspects of your divorce (e.g., property division, alimony) with your spouse beforehand.
- We draft your agreement: Based on your agreed terms, we create a comprehensive and legally binding agreement.
- Minor adjustments included: We offer some flexibility for minor revisions within the flat fee.
Prices for Uncontested Divorce (Virginia only): Includes all filing fees and postage costs.
- Uncontested Divorce (no marital property settlement agreement): $ 800.00
- Uncontested Divorce + name change (no marital property settlement agreement): $ 875.00
- Uncontested Divorce w/marital property settlement agreement: $ 1500.00*
- Uncontested Divorce w/marital property settlement agreement + name change: $ 1575.00*
*Includes up to 1 hour of meeting time. If more time is necessary, such as for major negotiation re-drafts, then any additional costs will be agreed upon upfront.
Prices for Agreement Drafting (Virginia only):
- Drafting rates include up to 1.5 hours of meeting time. If more time is necessary, such as for negotiation re-drafts, then any additional costs will be agreed upon upfront.
- Prenuptial Agreements / Premarital Agreements: $ 1500.00
- Separation Agreement Only: $ 1000.00
- Other Marital Agreement: $ 1000.00

Hourly Rates for Litigation & Negotiation (Virginia only):
- All litigated cases require a minimum advanced fee deposit of $5000.00
- In-Court Time: $350.00/hour
- Out-of-Court Time: $250.00/hour
- All Negotiation Time (In or Out of Settlement Conference): $250.00/hour
- Administrative Time: $50.00/hour
- Travel Time: $150.00/hour
- Mileage Rate: $0.65/mile
Prices for Additional Flat Fee Services for Self-Represented Persons:
- Trial Strategy/Preparation Consultation for Self-Representation (2 hrs.): $500.00
- Discovery Consultation (Virginia only) (2 hrs.): $500.00
Final fees and costs agreements are determined by the written “Fee Agreement” entered at the time legal representation is accepted by the law firm.
