Hourly Rates for Litigation & Negotiation (Virginia only):

  • All litigated cases require a minimum advanced fee deposit of $5000.00
  • In-Court Time: $350.00/hour
  • Out-of-Court Time: $250.00/hour
  • All Negotiation Time (In or Out of Settlement Conference): $250.00/hour
  • Administrative Time: $50.00/hour
  • Travel Time: $150.00/hour
  • Mileage Rate: $0.65/mile
